Christina Brown joined Woodsmall Law Group, P.C. in June 2014. An alumnus of California State Polytechnic University Pomona, Mrs. Brown graduated summa cum laude, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication in 2010. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2013 as a Wildman Schumacher Full Tuition Scholarship recipient.
Mrs. Brown’s passion for working with children of all ages is evident throughout her legal career. During her time at Southwestern Law School, she organized community outreach programs designed to mentor elementary and middle school students. As a student teacher in the Street Law Clinical Program, Mrs. Brown was responsible for teaching law-related critical life skills to youth in Los Angeles, most of whom are involved in the dependency or delinquency system. Thereafter Mrs. Brown worked as a certified legal advocate for the Children’s Rights Clinic representing children with special needs and children facing school discipline. Mrs. Brown continues to be passionate about children and the education that they receive, finding empowerment in the words of Nelson Mandela that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Mrs. Brown is licensed to practice law in California with prior legal experience working for NBCUniversal as a law clerk in the business and legal affairs department and also working for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a law clerk in the Justice System and Integrity Division, a division dedicated to prosecuting police officers, judges, attorneys and other members in the criminal justice system.
In her spare time, Mrs. Brown’s hobbies include relaxing on the beach, spending quality time with family and friends, traveling the world, cooking and devotedly watching Master Chef.
