DESCRIPTION:Join Justine Sherman and Woodsmall Law Group\, PC. for a complimentary workshop on Thursday\,\nFebruary 28\, 2019 from 6:00 in the evening to 7:30. Mark Woodsmall\, founder of\nWoodsmall Law Group\, PC.\, is the parent of a child with special needs and is an active\nmember in the special needs community.\nThis particular workshop is designed to educate and inform parents of children\nwith special needs of the IEP process. It will answer questions such as: ‘Where does\nthe Regional Center stop and the District start?’ ‘What is the difference between\nwhat the Regional Center provides and the School District provides?’\, as well as tips\non assembling and organizing your documents such as assessments\, observations\,\nand evaluations; requesting an independent assessment and the role of an inde-\npendent educational evaluation.
