Caelan Fraschetti
As the oldest of three brothers, the youngest of whom is a twice exceptional student with autism, Caelan understands the challenge of securing necessary supports and services for students with disabilities. This personal experience inspired him to assist students like his brother to not only survive, but to thrive in their academic careers and beyond.
Caelan graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2025, where he was motivated by a desire to help those in need in his community. During law school, he worked abroad in Uganda’s criminal justice system, and participated in a wide variety of community-oriented clinical programs, including one dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. These experiences prepared him to advocate for people who are navigating high-stakes, life-altering challenges.
Caelan believes that the best outcomes for students often arise by preserving the relationship between parties and promoting collaboration. In pursuit of this goal, he also graduated from Pepperdine with a Masters in Dispute Resolution, one of the nation’s top-ranked programs in the field. This training prepared him to bridge the gap between families and school districts while also working diligently to protect students’ rights.
At Woodsmall Law Group, Caelan utilizes his heart for his community, personal experience, and legal and mediation background to help families secure a clear path forward for their children.
