Parent to Parent Workshop

Transition from School Age to Adult programming can be a scary process. This workshop is designed to educate and empower transitioning Students and their parents about securing comprehensive transition assessment, the IEP process including Individual Transition Plan (ITP) and best practices in goal writing to secure necessary services. Other topics covered include coordination with Regional Center.
